A design by Jens Moller-Jensen for Louis Poulsen, the Albertslund wall lamp is a timeless lamp that can be used both indoors and outdoors. The eye-catching round disc reflects the light downwards and also illuminates the entire fixture, this effect creates a layered aesthetic creating a timeless shape.
The lamp is perfect for functional, direct lighting above, for example, a doorway, on terraces or for lighting paths on outside walls. The lamp is available in two different lengths, it concerns a rod that connects the lamp and the base.

About the designer:
Born and raised in Copenhagen, Jens Moller-Jensen started out as a medical and technical instrument engineer and graduated in 1964 as an architect from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. After graduating, Jensen became head of the workshop at the Royal Danish Academy and founded his own design office in 1967.
Jensen is known for creating designs for television sets, railway systems and developing a range of graphical signposts and signs. He has worked closely with the Danish Highway Authority and the Danish State Railways.
