Platå from the Norwegian company Nedre Foss is a characterful solid wooden tray designed by Anderssen & Voll. Inspiration for Platå was found in wooden molds that were traditionally used to make hats, shoes and gloves. - The Platå resembles a hand that holds and presents something of particular importance. You can use it for serving small snacks or displaying small, meaningful objects. Due to its unique shape and grain patterns, the Platå is a fascinating decorative item in itself.

About the designers:

After ten years of collaboration with Norway-based design agency Norway Says, founders Torbjørn Anderssen (born 1976) and Espen Voll (born 1965) have founded a new company. Anderssen & Voll was launched in the fall of 2009 and quickly started creating modern, sleek designs for Muuto, Asplund and the like, for which they have since become well known.
