The Garden frame is a design by the Swedish Monica Forster for SMD Design.

The horizontal Garden is a floor for your houseplants and can also serve as a room divider to use the trays and bird at your own discretion.

This standing garden adds greenery to the room with all the benefits that entails without losing valuable floor space

This is available in three colors: white, black or grey and made of lacquered powder coated steel.

Monica Förster, one of the top names in Swedish design, has created some of the classic designs of the future. Monica Förster Design Studio is based in Stockholm and works internationally with companies such as Volvo, Tecno, Alessi, Cappellini, Poltrona Frau, De Padova, Bernhardt, Whirlpool, Georg Jensen, Eric Joergensen, Offecct, Swedese and Rörstrand.

Since 2015 Monica has been working as a creative advisor for a number of companies in the design industry. She sees the importance of preserving and developing tradition by making furniture and objects with a modern cut in old craft techniques.

She has won many Swedish and international awards as Designer of the Year and the prestigious Swedish Architect Association Award, The Golden Chair. Her work has been exhibited around the world in museums and institutions such as Moma NY and VA Museum, London. Monica Förster was also represented
