The table lamp from Rosendahls called Soft Spot Solar is designed for both indoor and evening use on the terrace or in the garden - the portable lamp can be charged with a USB cable or with solar energy. Soft Spot Solar also uses sensor technology that automatically switches the lamp on and off at dusk and sunrise. You can of course also switch it on and off manually.

Note: the lamp comes with micro USB cable. Charging time USB 1-4 hours, solar charging time 7-10 hours. Burns for about 15 hours on a full charge.

About the designer: 

Danish industrial designer Maria Berntsen studied at the art academy in Copenhagen and L'Ecole d'Architecture de Bordeaux. In 1992 she opened her own studio in Copenhagen. Berntsen has collaborated with several Danish and international companies. According to Berntsen, a good design should be simple and functional.
