Celebrated Swiss industrial designer Charlot gives his signature sense of lightness to the Vitra Happy Bin, which is available in two sizes and different colors. There is a Happy Bin for all tastes and situations, while the wear-resistant polypropylene material ensures that colors do not fade over time.

About the designer:

Michel Charlotte
After receiving a degree in industrial design from the Ecole Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne (ECAL), Swiss designer Michel Charlot worked for Jasper Morrison Ltd in Paris, London and Tokyo. In 2011, he founded his own studio in Basel and started developing products for companies such as NAVA Design, Eternit, Camper and Belux. He has been working for Vitra since 2013.

Charlot strives for an efficient unity of conception, design and production. He has won several awards and exhibited his work in numerous locations in Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United States. Since 2013, he has been teaching industrial design at ECAL and Tama Art University in Tokyo.
