The Aer bowl is a design by Gabriel Tan, the mouth-blown glass vase captures the swirls, giving the bowl an organic, and unique look.

As natural light filters through the smoke-gray glass, the curvaceous nature of the bowl becomes apparent - the soft waves and ripples invite the lights and shadows to flow in an enchanting way around the bowl.

The Aer bowl can be used as a serving bowl or as a fruit bowl, but also as a beautiful decorative item.

About the designer:

Born in 1982, Gabriel Tan is a Singapore and New York based designer who works across disciplines to find ways to combine tradition and technology, heritage and cosmopolitan aesthetics. In addition to collaborating with brands such as Menu and Wallpaper*, Tan has also worked as a creative director for Turn Handles, Origin and Ariake and has spoken as a guest lecturer at various institutions. The works of his design practice, Gabriel Tan Studio, have been exhibited around the world.
