Tamoto's bed is influenced by the draping kimono sleeves, who have used Shane's innovation to stretch the foldable fabric over the bed frame. The soft, draped headboard is offset by the generously sized tubular steel frame, creating a contemporary and comfortable bed-sofa hybrid that is not only intended for sleeping, but also as a base for reading, working, watching TV and other activities .

With a flat-packed, easy-to-assemble design, removable headboard cover and recyclable materials, functionality has been incorporated into every step of the design process.

The bed frame of the Tamoto Bed is made of powder-coated steel and is available in different colors. The length of the bed is 214 centimeters, the width 113 centimeters and the height 91.5 centimeters. The Standard Mattress is a durable and comfortable mattress made of polyurethane foam. Polyurethane foam is easy to clean and slightly elastic. The core is made of strong support foam or soft support foam. So something for everyone! Both variants have a layer of memory foam on the top and bottom. Memory foam softens where it is heated by body heat. This way, the material molds to the shape of your body, making the mattress wonderfully comfortable.
