The Montana Furniture Panton Wire module is part of a modular storage system created in 1971 by legendary Danish designer Verner Panton.
The storage/shelf system is characterized by simple, flowing shapes and versatile adaptability. The Panton Wire modules are made of bent steel wire and are available in different colors and sizes.
The Panton Wire system allows you to create a customizable storage solution for any room in the house. You can arrange the modules, shelves and panels to form a free-standing bookshelf, mount them on the wall as a bedside table or kitchen shelf, or assemble them into a room divider. The result is – typical of Verner Panton's designs – industrial, elegant and airy at the same time.
This top only has been developed to be used in combination with the panton modules, so that something can also be placed on top of the cabinets. This creates a real cabinet system.
There is a choice of eight different variants. There are MDF panels in black, white, anthracite and fjord. there are also two plates in white or black marble, and there is a plate in smoked glass. A double top plate is also possible, for two modules next to each other.
The top is available in the dimensions, 34.8 centimeters deep and 18.8 centimeters deep, which are suitable for the whole or half a cube in terms of depth. A Panton Wire Top is 34.8 centimeters wide and 12 millimeters thick. A set of four caps is also available to protect both the plate and the cube. This can also be ordered if necessary.
Montana products are still manufactured in Denmark in their own factory.
