The Gubi's Tynell 1967 pendant lamp is part of Paavo Tynell's lighting collection with conical lampshades made of natural materials.
The lamp has an off-white canvas shade, which is slightly narrower than the larger models from the 1972 series. The diffuser placed below the light source provides a soft, glare-free downward lighting, making the pendant ideal for a variety of uses in your home, from above a dining table to a ceiling light in the bedroom or as a general light source in any multiple areas (hall, corridor, etc.). The polished brass detail adds a subtle decorative touch to the design.
The Tynell lighting collection was originally designed in the 1950s and was then produced by the Finnish company Oy Taito Ab, now it is part of the Paavo Tynell collection under the Danish design brand GUBI.
