The Atlas dining table from New Works takes both its name and design from ancient Greece. The table, designed by John Astbury, is inspired by Greek architecture, and the name comes from the titan called Atlas.
And indeed if you look closely at the construction it seems that the legs of the table, like the shoulders of the Titan, hold it up.
The sturdy legs and the thin table top together provide a striking contrast that will certainly charm in your living/dining room.
The Atlas dining table is made of solid oak, with a natural wood grain that creates a charming lively pattern on the top, giving each table a unique look.
