About the designer:
Stine Weigelt is a designer with a culturally diverse and contrasting upbringing, from a forest house in a Danish railway town to Tanzania in Africa, and from Memphis Tennessee in the US to the City of Smiles in Denmark, Aarhus. Her practical approach to design revolves around inventing and testing, often determining new forms and expressions through the meeting of her hands and chosen materials. She has a fascination with how living materials can shift form, colour, or surface.
