To celebrate 150 years of Louis Poulsen, a special anniversary collection has been introduced, featuring a range of iconic designs made unique and collectible with a light pink hue on the inside of the shade and polished brass details.

All 150th Anniversary PH Snowball pendants come with a certificate of authenticity and are engraved with the individual number from 1-300.

This now design classic is a valuable addition to your interior. In fact, one in two Danish households has a Louis Poulsen PH5.

The structure of the lamp is both elegant and innovative: the beautiful, layered discs prevent glare and provide pleasant lighting. In addition, the coloured cone and the small colour reflector in the lamp itself give the light a warmer appearance.

The name of the lamp refers to the designer. The PH pendant lamp fits perfectly above a dining table, but is also particularly beautiful when mounted higher in various architectural spaces lobbies / voids etc.

About the designer: Poul Henningsen.

Poul Henningsen (1894-1967) was a famous Danish designer who studied at the Technical School at Frederiksberg, Denmark, from 1911 to 1914, and then at the Technical College in Copenhagen from 1914 to 1917. He started practicing traditional functionalist architecture, but over the years his professional interests changed to focus mainly on lighting which is what he became famous for.
