The Free 300000 series from the Danish Montana, is a playfully minimalist storage unit with four slim MDF shelves supported by a sturdy metal frame.

This Montana Free unit is perfect as a bookcase, a china cabinet in the kitchen, or as a display for decorative items in your living room. The delicate lines and airy design also make it an ideal storage solution for smaller spaces.

The Montana Free collection was designed by Jakob Wagner in 2018 and includes shelving systems in different sizes, shapes and colours. The components of the series can be mixed and matched to create larger storage systems and it is possible to customise the shelves with separately available textile panels.

About the designer:

Danish designer Jakob Wagner (b. 1963) graduated from the Art Center in Montreux, Switzerland in 1992. Immediately after graduating, he set up his own studio in Copenhagen. Today, he is one of Scandinavia's leading designers and his work has been presented in the world's largest museums, such as MoMA.
