The Montana Kevi stool by Jørgen Rasmussen is a fine example of Scandinavian design, an elegant and minimalist stool made of ash veneer. This stylish design blends seamlessly into any environment. In 2016, almost 60 years after the release of the original Kevi series, it was re-released.
Due to the simplistic design, the sleek steel frame and the smooth wooden surface, the structure of the stool is both sturdy and light. The stool also has the very characteristic "eyes" in the seat that help characterize the classic KEVI chair. You can use this stool in the kitchen, bathroom or in the hallway. The stool is available in different colors and variants. The stool is stackable and also easy to move.
The origins of the Kevi design date back to 1958 when the Danish architect Jørgen Rasmussen created the Kevi swivel chair. With the invention of the double-wheel system, the chair quickly became an international success.
