At the Danish Mater, where modernist design meets classic through socially responsible and sustainable furniture and lighting, the company has partnered with Shawn Place, a former bike designer who finds beauty in furniture design.

Shawn's career in the furniture industry began when he saw modern pieces in Gastown, Vancouver. He has since developed an impressive collection of handmade furniture, including this rocking chair that combines craftsmanship with traditional saddle strap technology to create a charismatic piece.

The Rocker Rocking Chair is made of leather with an oak base, which is available in different finishes. With the softly curved wooden frame and visible leather connections, the rocker is an eye-catcher in your interior.

With a surface of 59.5 x 78 x 86.5 cm, this chair offers the comfort needed to relax and read. Upholstered in a sturdy and flexible leather type, this rocking chair with a seat height of 33 cm offers a spacious seating surface to rest the back. The oak frame, which is FSC certified, provides a warm appearance with rounded corners.
