The cloud-like Muuto Strand table lamp made of modern cocoon material provides beautifully filtered light in any room. The new Strand table lamp is the latest addition to the Muuto Strand serie with many pendant lights.

The Strand Table Lamp references design history while remaining distinctly modern. Its shape is soft and playful, a sculptural design fitted with a hidden light source that illuminates the whole of its monolithic form. The lamp is made in a sprayed cocoon material that consists of tiny strands for a complex, intriguing structure that gives the Strand Table Lamp an almost cloud-like appearance. Filtering light through for a warm, comfortable glow, it brings a sense of comfort, harmony and a refined sensitivity to any room.​

Cocoon layer with steel inner structure, iron and aluminum base, PVC cord with inline dimmer. Light bulb not included.

Maintenance: Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Always switch off the electricity supply before cleaning.

The British designer Benjamin Hubert designed the Strand for Danish Muuto. The lamp is designed with playful shapes for a modern look. The design offers both diffuse lighting and direct lighting. The latter is made possible by the opening at the top and bottom. Benjamin Hubert is a British designer and founder of creative agency LAYER.
