The understated and timeless outdoor lamp by Louis Poulsen, a functional design by designer Poul Henningsen. This lamp is available in aluminum or in black, both have a powder coating and a textured surface. The shade of the Toldbod 155 Bolder Outdoor outdoor lamp by Louis Poulsen has a diameter of 15.5 centimeters. The length of the lamp is 26.7 centimeters and the height is 90 centimeters. The light source has a small fitting (E14) for a lamp of maximum 40 Watt. The lamp is made of aluminum and an acrylic satin finish on the inside of the shade. About the product:

The Toldbod luminaires are designed on the basis of the PH elliptical reflector. This was the last attempt Poul Henningsen made before his death to design street lighting. In its time, this luminaire did not go much further than a test for the municipalities in an urban area north of Copenhagen. The original elliptical reflector was designed for a 100W incandescent lamp. Since Poul Henningsen's first attempt, luminaires have changed dramatically; materials and surface treatments have undergone a radical development. The design is very modest and is therefore easy to fit into any architectural environment.
