The Vipp 426 Lodge is a stylish chair from the Danish Vipp.
The Lodge series is a collection of soft molded furniture consisting of
a dining chair, lounge chair and ottoman designed for the Vipp Lodge - the upcoming hotel room in our range of brand hotel destinations.
Like our very first product, the 80-year-old pedal bin, the Lodge series is intended to last for generations. The design may be classic, but every piece of furniture in the collection can be draped in a variety of fabrics to match a modern environment.
The Vipp Lodge chair is suitable for your dining or living room. This dining room chair has a molded soft shell and solid oak legs. The shell of the Lodge chair can be adjusted at your own discretion in the color scale of Vipp.
The chair has a particularly soft seat, which is padded and is designed to surround the body like a glove, while the backrest is resilient, ideal for long sitting sessions.
The chair is also organically shaped in the construction of the Lodge chair, no straight lines can be found.
The dimensions are: W x L x H: 50.8 x 56.2 x 85.8 cm. Dark oak base, Brook beige chestnut upholstery.

The Vipp history:
Vipp's history began in 1939 when Danish designer Holger Nielsen made his usual trip to the local football stadium to watch his favorite team play. In a tie, Holger wins a car on his ticket, but since he doesn't have a driver's license, he decides to sell the car and invest in a metal lathe.
The breakthrough comes when his wife asks him to make a trash can for her hair salon. This is also noticed by the town's dentists who each order one for their respective practices and so production is born.
