Mynt is a versatile seating solution, ideal for focus rooms, meeting spaces or dining environments. Thanks to its patented mechanism, the seat moves independently of the backrest, tilting forwards or backwards to adapt to your posture. Equipped with a swivel function and seat height adjustment as standard, the chair is equipped with V-Foam – the world’s first economically recyclable polyurethane foam – for optimum comfort and flexibility in a variety of situations.

Mynt’s environmentally conscious design features an inner structure made from 100% recycled and recyclable post-industrial plastic. The chair is available in a range of colours, with a choice of bases and a fully upholstered finish in Cosy 2, a wool fabric that combines warmth and durability – perfect for both home and office.

Materials & Finish:
The seat is filled with recyclable polyurethane foam and covered with Cosy 2 fabric. The backrest is filled with polyester wadding and also covered with Cosy 2. Cosy 2 is a high-quality, milled wool fabric consisting of 80% new wool and 20% polyamide.

The seat and backrest shells are in Grey RE (05) and made of 100% recycled post-industrial polyamide, which is also fully recyclable.

The four-legged base and mechanism are made of aluminium, 95% of which comes from recycled material. Available in various colours with a fine-textured powder coating for long-lasting colour and surface protection.

The chair comes standard with felt pads, suitable for hard floors.

About the designer:

Erwan Bouroullec
Born in 1976, Erwan Bouroullec is a Paris-based designer who has gained international recognition, especially through his collaboration with his older brother, Ronan. Together, they have worked for over fifteen years as interior designers and architects and have made a name for themselves worldwide.

Erwan’s work ranges from small objects to large-scale installations and is characterised by a playful, minimalist approach that is instantly recognisable.

Since their first collaboration with Cappellini, the Bouroullec brothers have worked for numerous international brands, including Artek, Established & Sons, Close, HAY, Kvadrat, Magis, nanimarquina, Samsung and Vitra.
