Frank Gehry is one of today's most important architects. Born in Toronto in 1929, Gehry attended the Harvard Graduate School of Design and founded the architectural studio Frank Gehry & Associates in Los Angeles in 1962. He has an extensive portfolio of architectural projects and modern furniture design. His most iconic furniture designs for Vitra are the Wiggle Side Chair and Stool from 1972.
