The Norm 12 by Normann Copenhagen is a self-assembly lampshade with a round and inviting feel.

Anyone can assemble these by folding the elements - no tools or glue are required. Norm 12 is named after the year 2012 when Simon Karkov designed the lampshade. Karkov was inspired by nature and flowers, and the organic shape of the Norm 12 bears a clear resemblance to a flower. The soft diffused light, the sculptural design and the timeless, pure white color make the Norm 12 perfectly suitable for various modern interiors.

The designer:

Simon Karkov graduated in architecture from the Royal Danish Academy. Since the 1960s he has worked for various architectural firms in Denmark. Today Simon is enjoying his retirement in Turkey where he works on various projects. One of his best-known product designs is the Norm 69 lamp which is sold in more than 60 countries.
