Designed by Alvar Aalto in 1936, the Tea Trolley 901 is the most refined and simple tea trolley in Aalto’s iconic collection. With influences from both British tea culture and Japanese woodworking and architecture, this design exudes timeless elegance.
In this special edition, the birch wood is finished in a warm honey colour that beautifully emphasises the curved frame and veneer tops. The soft golden hue is stylishly contrasted with a black handle and white wheels. The trolley not only serves as an elegant side table in the living room, but is also ideal for serving tea, coffee or other drinks, and of course as a real design object.
